By placing an order with teeny Tiny Threads you are agreeing to the conditions set out on our website.
PROCESSING TIME: We do our best to provide our customers with fast and efficient delivery, however we cannot be held responsible for delays or loss and damage of goods once the items have been sent for delivery due to any parcel service fault.
Orders typically ship within 7-14 business days unless specified otherwise on individual items in the shop. You will receive an email once your order ships and you should receive it within 7-14 business days depending on your location.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: All items are shipped via Australia Post standard delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on which state you live in. If you require other shipping arrangements such as express or registered post, please do not hesitate to contact us via email tiny.threads@outlook.com (additional charges may apply).
CHECK OUT: Please double check you have entered a valid postal address with your full name. Sometimes name and address details are different on Paypal (eg old address, maiden name) but we will always use the details you enter on our website via checkout. You will need to include your email address to receive the tracking advice email which provides an update of the progress of your order. Please be mindful that units and apartments have a history of ‘lost mail’, ensure your postman delivers to your door correctly.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept PayPal and credit card payments.
Please note that items will not be posted until payment has been cleared.
PRODUCT INFORMATION: Every item is made with extreme attention to quality and detail. While all care is taken, please note that these items are all handmade and slight variations may occur.
Every effort is made to accurately depict colours but some colours may present differently on different devices, screens and/or monitors. Pattern placement may vary from that shown.
SAFETY: teeny Tiny Threads will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred from incorrect or improper use of our products. Please note that our items are not toys and children should be supervised at all times while wearing or using them. Items can pose a choking hazard - always supervise your baby/child while wearing our items. Keep away from fire!
Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase however we will only refund or exchange on faulty or wrong items.
All our products are made to the highest standard. Should you discover your products are faulty or your have received the wrong item please email tiny.threads@outlook.com immediately (with a photo of the fault). You will always need to return the item(s) for checking prior to any return or exchange.
Please be aware we do not take responsibility for lost parcels with Australia Post. On the rare occasion that your parcel gets lost you are not entitled to a refund or a resent order. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance via Australia Post – this option is available for orders over $100, so if your order is over this amount and you would like a quote for insurance for this please email us at tiny.threads@outlook.com
SPECIAL ORDERS –
Special Orders are NOT able to be cancelled once the order has been placed. All Special Orders are NOT returnable since these items need to be specially made one piece at a time. Each special order is made specifically for each customer and are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS –
Due to the immediate access to digital products, all sales are final and refundable.
